Triplets, Charles, Lance and Mark joined the Level 1 Acting class at E Fulcher Group in 2005. After graduation from the workshop they had the opportunity to join Fulcher Agency as Actors and Models.

Over the years they have had the chance to be in Numerous TV Commercials, TV Series and Print Ads. While doing so, they maintained amazing grades in school and went on to University where they studied Finance.

This is a big year for the boys because they have not only completed their degrees and landed jobs at TD Bank; but have also landed principal roles in a new feature film Pacific Rim, directed by Guillermo del Toro. We are so excited to hear the stories of their adventures on set and see the movie!

Justin has just returned from Los Angeles, CA where he won Actor of the Year! He started training with E Fulcher Groups acting classes when they scouted him to attend this showcase. He signed with our agency after building his resume. Justin's passion for acting really gave him the edge at this event and helped him win this award. Joseph joined E Fulcher Group in 2010 where he studied Auditioning Skills and Intro to TV and Film Skills. He was then invited to attend IMTA NY2010 where he won a scholarship to the New York Film School. He has been active on the Fulcher Agency Roster since April 2010.

Fulcher Agency is proud of four of our models, Lydia, Christian, Mackenzie & Kristen, that had the opportunity to model in the Bruno Ierullo Fashion Show on Friday November 12th, 2010 at the Queen Elizabeth Theatre in Toronto. Fulcher agency staff had the opportunity to attend the show and are very pleased with the production.

When we entered the theatre there was a photographer with full studio setup shooting models. This was a great way to get a closer look at the collection and a wonderful idea to set the theme of the show. Kristen had the opportunity to be one of these models and did a great job posing in the beautiful clothing.

Your mom was right: Posture counts, big-time. Slouching pushes your hips and belly forward, making your body look heavier and your stomach appear poochier then they really are. What's more, Slouching can even undo some of the benefits you get from workouts, says Pete McCall, an exercise physiologist with the American Council on Exercise. Think about it: How much time do you spend hunched over at your desk or in your car? Now compare that to the amount you spend on doing core-strengthening exercises. "It's like getting a great workout and then stopping at Dunkin' Donuts on the way home for a dozen Boston Creames. You're sending two different, competing signals to your body," McCall says. Sitting up straight or standing tall, on the other hand, is like an all-day abs workout, he says. To maintain good posture- that means shoulders back and down, belly button in and up, chin very slightly tucked - you must consistently engage your core. "Its a better way to cinch your waist than a lot of the messy sit-ups I see people doing," he adds. Try sitting on the edge of your chair at work, at school or at home to discourage hunching, he suggests. Or download an application for your computer or smart phone like ProdMe, which will ping you every hour or so with a reminder to straighten up. Truly flatter abs in an instant!

1. Look for Skin Changes: Do a mini skin check, ideally once a month, says New York City dermatologist Ellen Marmur, MD. Take three or four minutes to stand in front of the mirror naked and look at yourself head to toe.

2. Wear Sunscreen Every Day, Not Just on Beach Days: To avoid sunspots, premature wrinkles and cancer, swipe sunscreen on any skin that's not covered up by clots, says dermatologist Hema Sundaram, MD. 'Women of every complexion should use SPF 30 or above with both UVA and UVB protection," she says.

3. Watch your Shadow: Anytime you're outside, check your shadow perioudically. If its short, that means the sun is most intense and damaging. That's when you should cover up, reapply sunblock or find some shade.

4. Reapply, Reapply, Reapply: In a dermatologists dream world, young women would never spand more than a couple of hours poolside. But that's not how the average young woman lives, admits Dr. Sundaram. So for long days in the sun, reapply at least every two hours - more often if you're wet. (Did you know water-resistant formulas often last up to only 40 minutes?) "Reapply whenever you feel sweaty too. Sweat can wash away protection," says Dr. Marmur. Use SPF 30 to 50, and put on so much sunscreenthat it's like you're icing yourself like a cake, and rub it in. If you don'tm you're pretty much cutting the protection in half, so your SPF 20 is really only SPF 10."

5. And Never, Ever Use a Tanning Bed: If you're among the 44% of readers who have fake-baked in the past year, our experts want to grab you by the shoulders, give you a shake and yell, "STOP!!!!!" Using the beds at least once before age 30 may increase a woman's risk of melanoma by 75percent.
