YES, Eating the right foods can flatten your belly!!

It turns out that some foods are natural stomach slimmers, either because they aid in digestion or because they naturally flush out water weight. Here are 6 items Kathy McManus, RD suggests you put on your shopping list:

1. Blueberries - decreases belly fat
2. Asparagus - natural diuretic, helps get rid of water weight
3. Salmon - foods that are high in omega-3 fats promote digestion
4. Watermelon - another one that gets rid of water weight
5. Citrus fruit - squeeze some lemon into water to aid digestion
